Especially during the holiday season, this service is invaluable for busy passengers who have just arrived to see their families. With charging stations situated in the baggage claims in both domestic and international areas, that extra charge folks need to call their family or hail an Uber is just a few steps away. POWER UP™ Charging Stations have been in BWI Airport for several years, and as the passenger count has increased, so has the charging rate. New technology has been introduced in the units as time has passed, such as our high quality LED charging cables, which are durable under heavy public use. The charging counters were also introduced after installation, and have provided valuable insight for the airport as to what the peak times and locations for charging are.
