Which Kind of Charging Units Can be Rented?
Every situation calls for a different charging solution, so we offer a variety of different units for rental. All of our units feature multiple USB ports and charging cables, so that event attendees can charge their devices easily.
Our charging tables are perfect for social events or conferences, with room for people to gather around and charge their devices while they chat. For larger events like sporting events, or public spaces like retail, the Pure Zone Charging Locker allows guests to charge their devices securely. The Pure Zone Charging Tower is great for almost any occasion since it has a small profile that can fit into most spaces.
How Does the Rental Process Work?
Renting a charging unit from Power Up is a breeze. We know you have a busy schedule, so we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
Simply contact us at least 2 weeks before delivery so that we can prepare your unit(s) for you. We’ll ask you to provide the event date(s), delivery date, and pick-up date. We’ll also need to know the rental location, as well as the phone number and email of a point of contact onsite. Please allow 1 week for travel to the event.
If you would like to add customized branding to the unit, we ask that you contact us 3 weeks in advance so that there is plenty of time for us to ensure that the branding meets your expectations. Our prices are based on a 1-week rental period, but if you need your unit for a longer period, that’s no problem! You can extend your rental period up to 1 month.
If you decide that you love the charging unit and would like to keep it, you will have the option to purchase it before sending your rental back! If you would like to return the unit, be sure to allow 1 week for travel after pickup to return it to Power Up. Please note that we can estimate shipping rates, but pickups on/around holidays or weekends will increase the freight to and from the event. Additionally, all rental equipment has usage analytics that will be provided after each event if requested.
